What is Invisalign treatment?

• How will Invisalign treatment straighten my teeth?

What is the treatment process?

Once you approve your plan, your unique aligners will be created. You will wear each set of aligners for 20 to 22 hours a day, changing to a new set of aligners every 1 to 2 weeks, as directed by your doctor. • How many hours per day should I wear my aligners?

  For the best results, wear your Invisalign clear aligners 20 to 22 hours a day, taking them out just for eating, drinking, brushing, and flossing.

• How often will I have appointments with my doctor?

  Your doctor will schedule regular appointments, usually about once every four to six weeks. The goal of these visits is to ensure your Invisalign treatment is progressing as planned.

• My doctor mentioned "attachments." What are they and why would I need them for my Invisalign treatment?

  Your Invisalign treatment may require SmartForce® attachments, small tooth-colored shapes that are attached to your teeth.

  These shapes serve as handles, giving the aligners something to gently push on in order to move your teeth with the right amount of force, and are what make complex tooth movements possible without braces. • Do Invisalign clear aligners contain Bisphenol A (BPA)?

  All Invisalign aligner and retainer materials are made of medical-grade, high molecular weight, thermoplastic polymers. These materials were selected for use in aligners and retainers based on their properties and safety classification, and have a long history of FDA approvals for long term use inside the human body. Tests conducted to determine the biocompatibility of these materials show they are biocompatible and pass all applicable regulatory requirements and thresholds for human wear in the mouth.

  Based on our current knowledge and testing of the raw materials and processes used in the manufacture of aligners and retainers, we are not aware of any latex, parabens, phthalates, glutaraldehyde, epoxy or Bisphenol A (BPA) present in our aligners or retainers. Of course, as with any medical device, you should consult with your health professional about your aligner or retainer treatment and any applicable risks of use.

• How old is the company behind Invisalign clear aligners?

  Align Technology, Inc., the company that makes Invisalign clear aligners, was founded in 1997.

• Has the FDA approved Invisalign treatment?

  Yes, Invisalign aligners are classified as Class II medical devices by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Align Technology, Inc. received the necessary 510(k) clearance from the FDA to sell and market Invisalign treatment in 1998.

I am currently wearing braces. Can I make the switch to Invisalign treatment?

Possibly! Doctors are treating a significant number of patients with a combination of braces and Invisalign clear aligners — consult your doctor to determine the best treatment approach for your smile.

• Since having my braces removed, my teeth have shifted. Can Invisalign treatment fix this?

  Yes, Invisalign clear aligners can treat nearly all common teeth-straightening issues, from simple to complex. Many people who formerly had braces choose Invisalign treatment as the discrete solution to improve their smile when they find that their teeth have shifted back.

• I have veneers or crowns. Will Invisalign clear aligners work with them?

• I have bridgework on several teeth. Will Invisalign clear aligners still work?

  Invisalign clear aligners are designed to move each tooth individually. Because bridgework connects two or more teeth, clear aligners may not be effective.

Can anyone tell that I’m wearing the aligners?

Invisalign aligners are virtually invisible. Others may not even notice you’re wearing them, making Invisalign treatment a seamless fit with your lifestyle.

• Can I take my aligners off whenever I need to?

  Yes, you can remove your Invisalign aligners for eating, drinking, brushing, and flossing. You can take them off for special occasions, like a wedding, job interview, or for playing your favorite sport or instrument. Just remember to wear them 20 to 22 hours a day to get the best results.

• Are there any restrictions on what I can eat while in treatment?

  None! Invisalign clear aligners are removable, so there are no food restrictions at all (hello popcorn!). With traditional wires and brackets, there’s a long list of foods you unfortunately can’t enjoy because they can damage or get stuck in your braces.

• Is Invisalign treatment painful?

  Invisalign treatment moves your teeth by applying gentle, constant force, but some people do feel temporary discomfort for the first few days of wearing a new set of aligners. Typically, people describe it as feeling “pressure” and it’s normal — it’s a sign your Invisalign clear aligners are working and transforming your smile.

  Please see your doctor if you have any concerns or experience continued discomfort.

• Sometimes when I remove my aligners, my teeth feel loose. Is that common?

  Yes. As your Invisalign aligners gradually shift your teeth into their proper position, your gums are re-forming around each tooth as it moves. Be sure to talk to your doctor about any concerns.

• Will Invisalign treatment still work if I only wear my aligners while I sleep?

  You need to wear your Invisalign aligners 20 to 22 hours a day to get the results you want.

• Will wearing Invisalign clear aligners affect my speech?

  It may take a couple of days for your tongue to get used to having your Invisalign aligners in your mouth, and you may have a slight lisp. But this should disappear quickly.

• Will smoking stain my aligners?

  We discourage smoking while wearing Invisalign aligners because it can stain them.

• Can I chew gum while wearing aligners?

  No, gum will stick to your Invisalign aligners. We recommend removing your aligners for all meals and snacks, including gum.

• Can the aligners slip off while I’m asleep?

  It is very unlikely that your aligners would ever fall out, no matter what you are doing: sleeping, talking, laughing, etc. Invisalign clear aligners are designed to fit snugly around your teeth, so this should not be a cause for concern.

• I went on a trip and forgot to take my aligners with me. Will my aligners still fit?

  The answer depends on how long you’ve gone without wearing your Invisalign aligners. If it’s only been a short time, your aligners should still fit, but they might feel uncomfortable. If it’s been a longer time, talk to your doctor about your unique situation.

What’s the best way to clean my aligners?

The best way to clean your aligners is to use the Invisalign Cleaning System, available online or from your doctor. You can also brush them with a toothbrush and toothpaste and rinse them in lukewarm water. Never use hot water on your aligners — it could permanently warp the plastic.

• If I have food residue (like blueberries or pasta sauce) in my mouth when I put my aligners back in, can they become stained?

  Yes. That’s why it’s important to brush after every meal, before placing your Invisalign aligners back in your mouth.

• I dropped my aligners in an unsanitary place. Do I need to sterilize them after I clean them?

  Yes. It is very important to always ensure your aligners are clean and hygienic before placing them in your mouth. Invisalign Cleaning Crystals keep your aligners clean, hygienic, and clear — they even remove plaque in as little as 15 minutes. Please do not use hot water at any time on your aligners — it could permanently warp the plastic.

• What if I lose or break an aligner. What should I do?

  If you lose or break an Invisalign aligner, immediately let your doctor know. Your doctor will work with you to ensure you stay on-track with your treatment plan, which may involve wearing a previous set of aligners, your next set of aligners, or ordering replacements aligners.

• Can I order replacement aligners from the Invisalign brand directly?

  All aligners and retainers must be ordered through your Invisalign doctor, as they are considered a prescription item. Please contact your doctor directly if you need to order a replacement.

Will I need to wear a retainer after treatment to prevent my teeth from moving again?

Most doctors recommend that anyone who has completed orthodontic treatment, whether with braces or Invisalign treatment, use a retainer to prevent teeth from gradually shifting back toward their initial position. Every case is different, so ask your doctor if you need retainers.

• What type of retainer should I use?

  While there are many different types of retainers, we recommend Vivera® retainers. Vivera retainers are virtually invisible and made from a proprietary material 30% stronger than other leading clear retainer materials, which helps you keep your new smile.

  Your Vivera retainers will be custom-made from an impression or scan of your teeth using the same state-of-the-art technology used for Invisalign clear aligners.

• How do I order Vivera retainers?

• How long will I have to wear my Vivera retainers?

  Your doctor will give you specific instructions on how often you need to wear your retainers. Typically, you wear your first set full time, then based on your doctor’s recommendation you may gradually reduce how much you wear them until you only wear them at night.

The best and friendliest dental office I've been to. I've been to a couple of dental offices in Malden because of a toothache. One was trying to upsell me multiple services pressuring me with "you'll lose all your teeth if you don't do this and another 'you can go to tufts medical and come back if you want meaning they didn't really care about service. They were really strong about getting a new credit card for dental service, which I didn't really wanted to do.

l tried going for 6 months of toothache pain but one night kept me awake. So I decided to give a call here and was greeted with a warm welcome. I explained about my toothache and possible root canal procedure and Alla (I believe) assured me she and the team will make sure I get that taken care of Expecting I would be scheduled in the next two weeks, I was surprised to hear to be able to come in three four hours later right after work.

Alla greeted me with a familiar voice and remember my name. Most people forget my name so I knew this office really care about their patients. Dr. Saif Al Janabi (I believe) comes in greeting with a big smile and manner feeling  we were college buddies, which was nice since most dentist experiences tend to be depressing and nerve wrecking. He ran tests along with his assistant and determined I needed root canal because of cavities lodged between two tooths.

Alla comes in and works with me through the financials allowing me to pay for the procedure that needed. Again, I expected to have the procedure in a month or so. Dr. Saif Al-Janabi comes in five minutes later ready to go with his assistant. I d that he knew I was still feeling the procedure a bit just by looking at my face and asking if I was still feeling it. He made sure I was numb before continuing. The procedure was painless. The procedure will be finalized in two weeks. He did what he needed to make sure the pain went away and it did. I felt happier that I didn't have to worry about my toothache.

Overall, the entire experience was pleasant. I enjoyed my time here and look forward to coming back as a regular patient. I told my friends and co-workers about this location and they seem interested in coming here.

I have been putting off pulling my upper wisdom teeth due to previous oral surgeons telling me they were dangerously close to my nasal cavity. After months of pain from the pressure of them against my other teeth, I decided to look into getting them pulled. I previously made an appt with a medical center that my dentist referred me to. He got one out in what felt  30 seconds. The other one was more invasive and slightly more painful but both went very smoothly. What was leven afraid of? I had an emergency and was in pain, I didn't have an appointment but they squeezed me in for X-rays and a quick diagnostic with only about a 10 minute wait. The dentist was SO nice, understanding, accommodating and genuine. The site is small but the hearts of the staff are definitely not! The atmosphere is peaceful and inviting. Everyone was super nice. The dentist showed me my X-rays and explained everything to me in detail. Together we came up with a plan of treatment that was best for me. I have yet to go back to have the actual dental work done but for once l don't dread having to go back to the dentist! I have no doubt my next experience will be just as great. This place is unbelievable, Dr Naji is hands down the best dentist I've ever dealt with and Sahara Dental gets an A+++ in my book. For 3 days I was In and out of emergency rooms suffering with extreme pain. After finally finding a dentist and getting the appointment I desperately needed I was 10 mins late due to traffic and when I walked in I was turned away and told to book again, that's when Sahara Dental and Dr Naji came to the rescue. I was desperate for a dentist and must have called at least 25-30 dentists l had found on google and was getting nowhere fast. It was about five minutes till 8pm and  most dentist's these guys were closing down shop for the night when 1 called. I spoke with Dr Naji personally on the phone and he said if I could make it there quick he'd see me. I arrived at the office where just the Dr and a receptionist were waiting for me, he brought me into a room took some x rays and said ok let's get this done. My experience was virtually painless and I was taken care as If I was a rockstar or someone of importance When we were donel thanked him and asked him why he stayed because prior to that I overheard him saying his wife was gonna be upset and he said to me I know how bad you were hurting and just wanted to help me out This man is the true meaning of a Doctor,he truly cares about people and is obviously very passionate about what he does.I recommend this place to everyone! They sent me from their Brookline office to their Malden office where they had an endodontist working that morning. My root canal was finished in a flash with zero pain. Had a recent episode with some bad dental pain & found out my dental office in Watertown had been bought out by Dr. Naji's firm. I was very nervous about using yet another dentist as I have experienced some bad dental mishaps in the past, but grudgingly went ahead. I had half a root canal there then planned a future appt a few wks later at his other office location in Malden to finish up. The next day (yesterday), I was feeling extreme pain in that same area & called his office in distress around 4pm as I really didn't know what to do. Since it was so late in the day, I had expected to have to deal w it until the next day when I was hoping he could squeeze me in somewhere. Surprisingly, he understood & really felt for my pain level and immediately had me come into the Brookline office yesterday evening aka the same day...talk about quick turn around

The Brookline office is very nice & modern & the staff made me feel so welcome & cared for every step of the way. Dr. Naji was able to squeeze me in to be able to take care of the rest of the root canal on the spot to try to ease the pain. He was so kind and so professional and is just so good at explaining everything to keep you at ease the entire time. (Being able to distract yourself & watch Netflix on the pulldown TV is also a nice little bonus!) Although I did feel pain during the 2nd half of the procedure, Dr Naji worked very well monitoring my pain levels & adding more Novocaine as needed. When we were done, I was definitely still feeling pain & anxious the pain wouldn't go away, but Dr. Naji helped made me feel confident that the procedure went well & to let him know how I feel the next day. He assured me the öffice would call the next day to check-in.

Well, the next day came (today) and I surprisingly woke up feeling great the best 've felt in a week! Sure, I am sore, but there is definitely a clear difference between sore and pure pain. I am so thankful Dri Naji squeezed me in so quickly to take such good care of me and so glad to have found a new dentist in him hopefully for years to come! He truly is a dentist who really cares for his patients well being and goes over & beyond to make sure that you definitely know it. Highly recommend!

So, I had a dental emergency at 9pm and Sahara was the only place that had a dentist accept to see me in 30 mins notice. I went in feeling a bit skeptical but everyone here has only been excellent so far. I've gone back twice, and I'll continue to go to Sahara. The doctor including the staff are actually some fun people. I think this is the only dentist who'll make you feel confident about the Whole tooth extraction process, that's half the problem solved right there for someone  me who deals with a lot of fear about dental issues. I was visiting Boston and at lunch on a Sunday my tooth started really hurting. I managed to find the one dentist office open on a Sunday in Boston. I was a little skeptical when it was labeled The Best Dentist Office-Boston. Not only was I able to get arn appointment but they squeezed me in within an hour It turned out that I had an old filling fail. When I was there they asked me if I had done a duck tour yet. I had to admit that I had a tour scheduled in an hour and a half. They said right away that they would make sure that I made my scheduled tour. All in all i had a filling fail at lunch, found the dentist, made the appointment, and made it to my scheduled duck tour in less than 3 hours On a side note there was an issue with my insurance company since it was Sunday and they couldn't get ahold of them. I had to pay in full for the appointment but they would follow up with the insurance company and cut me a check for anything that they covered. This was one more risk i went ahead and did because of the circumstances: They totally came through even with a first time patient discount. I waited til after i deposited my check so I could give a full re-view. The staff was great and I couldn't be happier that they fixed me up so that I could enjoy my last couple days in Boston. Major prope go out to these guys and their ; very redi 448 out of 448 5 star re-views.

The best and friendliest dental office I've been to. I've been to a couple of dental offices in Malden because of a toothache. One was trying to upsell me multiple services pressuring me with "you'll lose all your teeth if you don't do this and another 'you can go to tufts medical and come back if you want meaning they didn't really care about service. They were really strong about getting a new credit card for dental service, which I didn't really wanted to do.

l tried going for 6 months of toothache pain but one night kept me awake. So I decided to give a call here and was greeted with a warm welcome. I explained about my toothache and possible root canal procedure and Alla (I believe) assured me she and the team will make sure I get that taken care of Expecting I would be scheduled in the next two weeks, I was surprised to hear to be able to come in three four hours later right after work.

Alla greeted me with a familiar voice and remember my name. Most people forget my name so I knew this office really care about their patients. Dr. Saif Al Janabi (I believe) comes in greeting with a big smile and manner feeling  we were college buddies, which was nice since most dentist experiences tend to be depressing and nerve wrecking. He ran tests along with his assistant and determined I needed root canal because of cavities lodged between two tooths.

Alla comes in and works with me through the financials allowing me to pay for the procedure that needed. Again, I expected to have the procedure in a month or so. Dr. Saif Al-Janabi comes in five minutes later ready to go with his assistant. I d that he knew I was still feeling the procedure a bit just by looking at my face and asking if I was still feeling it. He made sure I was numb before continuing. The procedure was painless. The procedure will be finalized in two weeks. He did what he needed to make sure the pain went away and it did. I felt happier that I didn't have to worry about my toothache.

Overall, the entire experience was pleasant. I enjoyed my time here and look forward to coming back as a regular patient. I told my friends and co-workers about this location and they seem interested in coming here.

I called to make an appointment not really expecting to get an appointment the same day However, the staff was very accommodating and understood that I was really in pain and gave me an appointment to come in within a few hours. I went in to the office, and they were very pleasant and helpful Additionally, I had problems with my insurance, but they were very understanding. They offered their services at a very discounted price, and I was in/out of the office within an hour pain free. Overall, I had great experience, and plan to continue to get my dental care at this office.

I was a little skeptical when it was labeled The Best Dentist Office-Boston. Not only was I able to get arn appointment but they squeezed me in within an hour It turned out that I had an old filling fail. When I was there they asked me if I had done a duck tour yet. I had to admit that I had a tour scheduled in an hour and a half. They said right away that they would make sure that I made my scheduled tour. All in all i had a filling fail at lunch, found the dentist, made the appointment, and made it to my scheduled duck tour in less than 3 hours On a side note there was an issue with my insurance company since it was Sunday and they couldn't get ahold of them. My first visit was an emergency one, they were able to see me asap & extract a cracked wisdom tooth. It was out of my mouth before I realized what had happened. If I could give Sahara Dental more than 5 stars I would. I had a root canal started by my regular dentist on a Wednesday with the intent of having it finished by their endodontist the following Monday. Unfortunately I started developing pain a day or so later and by Saturday evening I was in excruciating pain. I knew I would not make it until Monday so I furiously searched for an emergency dentist that was open on Sunday. As luck would have it, Sahara was open and would get me right in. They sent me from their Brookline office to their Malden office where they had an endodontist working that morning. My root canal was finished in a flash with zero pain. While I was being patched up, one of the other dentists was chatting with my husband in the waiting room. The staff in both offices are incredibly nice and extremely helpful. It looks  I found a new dentist!

Had my wisdom teeth taken out. I went to a different dentist before Sahara but they weren’t comfortabe doing my extractions because my teeth were really embedded. I went in to the office, and they were very pleasant and helpful. Additionally, I had problems with my insurance, but they were very understanding. They offered their services at a very discounted price, and I was in/out of the office within an hour pain free. Overall, I had a great experience, and plan to continue to get my dental care at this office.

  Had a recent episode with some bad dental pain & found out my dental office in Watertown had been bought out by Dr. Naji's firm.  I was very nervous about using yet another dentist as I have experienced some bad dental mishaps in the past, but grudgingly went ahead. Dr. Naji was very nice & friendly at my first meeting w him in Watertown and was very good at keeping me in the loop every step of the way.  I had half a root canal there then planned a future appt a few wks later at his other office location in Malden to finish up. The next day (yesterday), I was feeling extreme pain in that same area & called his office in distress around 4pm as I really didn't know what to do. Since it was so late in the day, I had expected to have to deal w it until the next day when I was hoping he could squeeze me in somewhere.  Surprisingly, he understood & really felt for my pain level and immediately had me come into the Brookline office yesterday evening aka the same day...talk about quick turn-around!

The Brookline office is very nice & modern & the staff made me feel so welcome & cared for every step of the way.  Dr. Naji was able to squeeze me in to be able to take care of the rest of the root canal on the spot to try to ease the pain. He was so kind and so professional and is just so good at explaining everything to keep you at ease the entire time. (Being able to distract yourself & watch Netflix on the pulldown TV is also a nice little bonus!) Although I did feel pain during the 2nd half of the procedure, Dr. Naji worked very well monitoring my pain levels & adding more Novacaine as needed. When we were done, I was definitely still feeling pain & anxious the pain wouldn't go away, but Dr. Naji helped made me feel confident that the procedure went well & to let him know how I feel the next day. He assured me the office would call the next day to check-in.

Well, the next day came (today) and I surprisingly woke up feeling great..the best I've felt in a week! Sure, I am sore, but there is definitely a clear difference between sore and pure pain. I am so thankful Dr. Naji squeezed me in so quickly to take such good care of me and so glad to have found a new dentist in him hopefully for years to come! He truly is a dentist who really cares for his patients' well-being and goes over & beyond to make sure that you definitely know it. Highly recommend!

 This place is unbelievable, Dr Naji is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever delt with and Sahara Dental gets an A+++ in my book. For 3 days I was in and out of emergency rooms suffering with extreme pain. After finally finding a dentist and getting the appointment I desperately needed I was 10 mins late due to traffic and when I walked in I was turned away and told to book again, that’s when Sahara Dental and Dr Naji came to the rescue. I was desperate for a dentist and must have called at least 25-30 dentists I had found on google and was getting nowhere fast. It was about five minutes till 8pm and  most dentist’s these guys were closing down shop for the night when I called. I spoke with Dr Naji personally on the phone and he said if I could make it there quick he’d see me. I arrived at the office where just the Dr and a receptionist were waiting for me, he brought me into a room took some X-rays and said ok let’s get this done. My experience was virtually painless and I was taken care as if I was a rock star or someone of importance. When we were done I thanked him and asked him why he stayed because prior to that I overheard him saying his wife was going to be upset and he said to me “I know how bad you were hurting and just wanted to help me out”. This man is the true meaning of a Doctor, he truly cares about people and is obviously very passionate about what he does. I recommend this place to everyone! Thanks again to Sahara Dental and Dr Naji, you took my pain away and got a client for life

I have ever had at a dentist. I had an emergency and was in pain, I didn't have an appointment but they squeezed me in for X-rays and a quick diagnostic with only about a 10 minute wait. The dentist was SO nice, understanding, accommodating and genuine. The site is small but the hearts of the staff are definitely not! The atmosphere is peaceful and inviting. Everyone was super nice. The dentist showed me my X-rays and explained everything to me in detail. Together we came up with a plan of treatment that was best for me. I have yet to go back to have the actual dental work done but for once I don't dread having to go back to the dentist! I have no doubt my next experience will be just as great. Recommend this place 100% if you have a dental emergency and/or if you're someone who doesn't enjoy going to the dentist. They're great!

I was visiting Boston and at lunch on a Sunday my tooth started really hurting. I managed to find the one dentist office open on a Sunday in Boston. I was a little skeptical when it was labeled 'The Best Dentist Office-Boston'. Not only was I able to get an appointment but they squeezed me in within an hour. It turned out that I had an old filling fail. When I was there they asked me if I had done a duck tour yet. I had to admit that I had a tour scheduled in an hour and a half. They said right away that they would make sure that I made my scheduled tour. All in all I had a filling fail at lunch, found the dentist, made the appointment, and made it to my scheduled duck tour in less than 3 hours. On a side note there was an issue with my insurance company since it was Sunday and they couldn't get ahold of them. I had to pay in full for the appointment but they would followup with the insurance company and cut me a check for anything that they covered. This was one more risk I went ahead and did because of the circumstances. They totally came through even with a first time patient discount. I waited til after I deposited my check so I could give a full re-view. The staff was great and I couldn't be happier that they fixed me up so that I could enjoy my last couple days in Boston. Major props go out to these guys and their very real 448 out of 448 5 star re-views.

  I have been putting off pulling my upper wisdom teeth due to previous oral surgeons telling me they were dangerously close to my nasal cavity. After months of pain from the pressure of them against my other teeth, I decided to look into getting them pulled. I previously made an appt with a medical center that my dentist referred me to. After making that appt, I saw sahara dental center pop up on google. I saw that it had over 500 great re-views so I cancelled my other appt and got an appt here instead. I went in thinking I would be getting a consultation and then getting them extracted next week or so.  Dr. Naji surprised me by saying he could pull them out on the spot. Cue the internal freak out and anxiety lol. I was in no way mentally prepared to get my gums cut open today but i opted to go ahead with it. Dr. Naji did an amazing job with the extractions. He got one out in what felt  30 seconds. The other one was more invasive and slightly more painful but both went very smoothly. What was I even afraid of? I wish I had known about sahara 5  when I got the bottom ones pulled. Thanks again to Dr. Naji and the entire staff for the great experience!

  I am new to US and Brookline. Last week went to a dentist at cleaveland circle who did unprofessional teeth cleaning and gave me pains in my gums. After which the dentist announced to me that I had four cavities and one root canal. I was left helpless.
I decided to take second opinion. This is when I called Sahara Dental, the front desk person was so calm and right away helped me. Next day my appointment, I explained to the Dr my situation and d with him my X-rays and asked him for a second opinion. The Dr repeated the X-rays but free of cost ( God bless him) and told me all looked good. No cavity and no root canal needed. I was in tears because of what the other dentist had told me. The Sahara dental Dr even offered me free dental cleaning which is due in three weeks. I highly recommend Sahara Dental

Dr. Zaid Al-Bender was the best dentist I've ever had.  I was in so much pain from a tooth abscess all week, and by Sunday afternoon I couldn't take it anymore. I noticed his office was the only one open on Sunday. So, I called and they said I could come in ASAP. I arrived at the office at 7 PM on a SUNDAY and they gave me a root canal that same night. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Zaid Al-Bender and his entire staff. The entire staff is friendly, professional and understanding. The best and friendliest dental office I've been to. I've been to a couple of dental offices in Malden because of a toothache. One was trying to upsell me multiple services pressuring me with "you'll lose all your teeth if you don't do this" and another "you can go to tufts medical and come back if you want" meaning they didn't really care about service. They were really strong about getting a new credit card for dental service, which I didn't really wanted to do.

I tried going for 6 months of toothache pain but one night kept me awake. So I decided to give a call here and was greeted with a warm welcome. I explained about my toothache and possible root canal procedure and Alla (I believe) assured me she and the team will make sure I get that taken care of. Expecting I would be scheduled in the next two weeks, I was surprised to hear to be able to come in three four hours later right after work.

Alla greeted me with a familiar voice and remember my name. Most people forget my name so I knew this office really care about their patients. Dr. Saif Al-Janabi (I believe) comes in greeting with a big smile and manner feeling  we were college buddies, which was nice since most dentist experiences tend to be depressing and nerve wrecking. He ran tests along with his assistant and determined I needed root canal because of cavities lodged between two tooths.

Alla comes in and works with me through the financials allowing me to pay for the procedure that I needed. Again, I expected to have the procedure in a month or so. Dr. Saif Al-Janabi comes in five minutes later ready to go with his assistant. I d that he knew I was still feeling the procedure a bit just by looking at my face and asking if I was still feeling it. He made sure I was numb before continuing. The procedure was painless. The procedure will be finalized in two weeks. He did what he needed to make sure the pain went away and it did. I felt happier that I didn't have to worry about my toothache.

Overall, the entire experience was pleasant. I enjoyed my time here and look forward to coming back as a regular patient. I told my friends and co-workers about this location and they seem interested in coming here.

 One of, if not THE, most gentle, prof and caring staff i've ever encountered. I've been to several dentists in the past and have always had that slight panic before and during every appointment. However, since i switched to Sahara clinic and had my teeth work done by Dr. Saif & Dr. Zaid, i have been having no issues whatsoever regarding that "dentist phobia". Both dentists work you through every step they are going to make and making sure you are comfortable and pain free. The receptionists are the sweetest + super friendly.
